Arc Time Data Collection Made Easy. The Arc Tracker Air Package provides a streamlined system for collecting and analyzing arc-on time across welding operations. Wireless trackers attach to welding equipment of any brand and transmit welding activity data to the hub for on-premises monitoring and visualization through easy-to-read dashboards. Trackers can be assigned by location, machine or operator to support productivity analysis at multiple levels of the operation. Users can configure shift schedules, evaluate operator efficiency and review data for selected dates. Welding activity data is stored for up to 365 days, providing historical information for productivity assessment and identification of potential operator training opportunities.

- Machine-Agnostic Arc-Time Monitoring - Collect arc-on data from any brand of welding machine, providing a standardized method for monitoring welding activity across mixed equipment fleets.
- Wireless Data Acquisition - Attach wireless trackers directly to welding equipment to capture welding activity without complex machine integration. An internal PCB antenna provides an expected communication range of up to 500 ft indoors and 1,000 ft outdoors.
- Configurable Asset and Operator Identification - Assign individual trackers by location, welding machine or operator and configure shift schedules to support more detailed analysis of arc time, equipment utilization and operator efficiency.
- Historical Data Analysis - Review welding activity for selected dates with up to 365 days of stored data, supporting productivity comparisons and identification of potential operator training requirements.
- Industrial Wireless Tracker - Each tracker features an IP68 enclosure, dual-ratcheting tamper-proof cable clamp for 1/0–4/0 cables, and two AA batteries with an expected 2–3 year service life. Tracker dimensions are 4.6 x 2.6 x 1.6 in. (118 x 67 x 41 mm).
- Integrated Hub and Display - The IP54-rated hub mounts to the rear of the included 22-inch monitor and operates from a 5 VDC, 3 A power supply. The monitor provides 1920 x 1080 HD LCD resolution and an HDMI port for connection to an external display.
