What type of payments do you take?

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We also accept Paypal Payments.  You can mail or fax in an order using your credit card, check, or money order.

 

How do I place an order?

 

You can place orders:

 

Online through this web site by locating the items you wish to buy individually and adding them to your 'Shopping Cart' (online order).
By phone toll-free (1-800-783-8833) and talk with a counter sales person happy to take your order.
By mail
By fax (1-513-539-9702) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Is there a minimum order size?

 

No.  We do not require a minimum order.

 

Will I be charged sales tax?

 

Sales tax is charged to Ohio shipping addresses only.

 

Is my credit card information safe?

 

Yes.  We use a secure server through BigCommerce.

 

When will my order be shipped?

 

All items are typically shipped within 24 hours of your order.  Custom orders may take longer.

 

How will my order be shipped?

 

Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground with insurance.  Some small items may be shipped via USPS.  We cannot ship to a P.O. Box when shipping via UPS.

 

Do you accept returns?

 

We do accept returns in most case within 30 days of original purchase. All items must be returned in their original cartons and must be in brand new, unused and in original packaging. All orders returned outside of the 30 day window are subject to a restocking fee. We cannot give refunds on items without their original packaging or in used condition. Do I have to pay shipping on returns and exchanges?

 

Yes, if the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to get the items back to us for a refund or exchange.

 

Do you accept international orders?

 

We do accept Canadian orders through our website. For all other countries we accept payment via Wire Transfer only. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees that may be incurred when shipping to your country.

Pricing Errors?

 

At Harris Welding Supplies, we strive to provide accurate pricing and product information. However, pricing errors or discrepancies may occasionally occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, pricing error, or incorrect information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to:

 

*Cancel or refuse any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
*Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted and/or shipped).


If your order is affected by a pricing error, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to either proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it entirely. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
